Opening the trading floor…
THE HOUSE RULES

Get rich.
Stay in business.

The richest founder still solvent at the closing bell wins. Cash in the exchange is not your score. Your personal stash is.

  1. Open your exchange. Start with $10,000 company capital and no customers or deposits. List your first pair; income, costs and customers begin when the listing completes. The shared clock keeps running.
  2. Choose a risk policy. Level 1 earns less with lower exposure; level 10 targets more and can draw customer reserves. Policies settle every minute. Changes apply to the next minute; shared shocks and your protection change the outcome. Older rounds retain their original payout controls.
  3. Keep the doors open. Company cash pays bills. Reserves pay withdrawals. Customer deposits are not company income. Paying yourself from reserves leaves the customer obligation behind.
  4. Make choices under pressure. Everyone gets the same market shocks. Every decision has a deadline and an automatic fallback.
  5. Unlock futures after 05:00. Build futures for $2,000. More volume and fees bring more server demand.
  6. Build for the next problem. Two operational jobs, two staff seats. Every upgrade adds upkeep.

Nothing pauses this round. Menus, hidden tabs and disconnects do not stop the server clock.

At the bell, house positions close, debts settle and the withdrawal queue is paid. Insolvent founders are eliminated. The surviving founder with the largest stash wins; equal stashes tie.

Cash: $0 for 30s → out. Unpaid withdrawals: 35s → out (55s with a withdrawal desk). Scrutiny: 100 → caught. Loans: 30s grace after their deadline.

Scheduled rooms begin at :00 and :30. Late arrivals join the next bell. Practice runs start immediately with three labelled computer rivals. This preview runs on this computer; public hosting and account verification are not connected.
